Returns


There are NO REFUNDS, because of the nature of our products and business.
We may offer credit for an exchange of hair or other products. ONLY if The bundles are unwashed,  in tact, with tags, labeling and in its original packaging.
* Returns must be mailed out within 3 Business days to be accepted.
* Return shipping and restocking fee of 15% must be paid by the customer unless an agreement is made that True Luxury will absorb that fee. *This is circumstantial*


SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Processing


Please allow up to 24hrs for processing. Most cases we are able to ship your orders same day if the order is placed before the cut off time of 2PM AST.
Shipping


TRUE Luxury’s methods of shipping are DHL & USPS
* You will receive confirmation via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24hrs for tracking info to update in the system.
* If You are located in the USA, or Caribbean, your package will arrive in 2-4 business days.   
* If order is placed after 2pm It will be processed and shipped the following business day
*Please note that business days do NOT include weekends or holidays.
*For express shipping please contact us via email BEFORE placing your order at info@trueluxuryhair.com. with “EXPRESS SHIPPING” as the subject line. The email should contain your order, phone number and shipping address. Once received and inventory confirmed, you will be contacted to process your order.

 Delivery to International countries
*Delivery to countries outside of the USA or Caribbean can take up to 4-8 business days.

Customs Delays
*In an extremely rare instance, a package may be delayed by customs for inspection or held pending Payment.
*Please Note these are rare instances that are completely out of our control. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Verification Delays
* Orders over $500 where billing address and shipping address do not match are subject to customer verification, which may delay shipping.
 
 Order Verification Process
 *You will be required to send us a copy of your government issued ID (showing Signature) with the following statement.
“I (Your Name Here) authorize TRUE Luxury to charge my card ending in (Last 4 Digits) for the Total amount of (Enter Payment Total of your purchase including shipping)” DATE & SIGN
*This Verification statement may be typed or written, but must be signed with signature matching your ID.
 *Once you have completed the verification letter please send to us via email to info@trueluxuryhair.com subject line (Your Order Number).
* Please check your email and voice mail to confirm that your order was not held for verification
Failed Deliveries * Refused Shipments * Wrong Address
Incorrect and incomplete address information is a major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order carefully before and after submission. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED, WRONG ADDRESS OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
